Fuerteventura is considered like one of the places with the most powerful and consistent waves of all Europe Fuerteventura. Winds of the northeast that are constant and regular. In fuerteventura, there are zones for all surf levels: from safe and calm sites to spot with great surges and more technicians skills required.

The great majority of “the Breaks” is located throughout the North Footpath, a dirt road that corresponds to the coast between Corralejo and the Cotillo. These waves can be very dangerous. Other remarkable sites for the practice of Surfing are: The Cotillo (when the conditions are good), Beach of the Wall and the remote place of End of the Tiger in the South end/the West of the island.
